In 2009, Nguyen Hue Flower Street features images of Vietnam’s traditional villages with bamboo, fields, peaceful village, tranquil rivers and buffalos, blending with nature’s sounds to depict a joyful spring. This is the year of buffalo, therefore, many buffalo figures were displayed along the flower street. They are made from different materials in pretty and cute shapes.
