2009 Spring Flower Festival in Saigon at Tao Dan Park. According to the organizing board, the festival lures over 4,000 items from provinces of Binh Duong, Tien Giang, Long An, Dong Thap, An Giang, Ben Tre, Da Lat, Gia Lai and from countries of Japan and Taiwan… and attracts more than 400 artisans from many provinces and cities nationwide.
