Wax jambu (Syzygium samarangense). Wax jambu is a medium sized tree up to 50ft tall. Wax jambu is a tropical plant and will not survive in areas that have frost. It is moderately hardier than the breadfruit and mangosteen. It needs adequate rainfall, some humidity and fertile soil for best growth.
