Water jasmine is originated from China and Southeast Asia. Shrubs to 10 feet tall (3 m); elliptic to narrowly oblong leaves, 1 to 3 inches long (2.5-7.5 cm), 0.6 to 1.2 inches wide (1.5-3 cm), pubescent along midvein. Plant has clusters of 1 to 10 or more white fragrant flowers. It is most often used for bonsai in Southeast Asia.
