A beautiful native California shrub from the Santa Barbara Channel Islands with dissected silver leaves, much like dusty miller. It produces yellow star-shaped flowers in early summer and held in a tight inflorescence and turn to an appealing chocolate brown color. It can grow 4 to 6 feet tall and wide.
