Camassia is a genus of six species native to western North America, from southern British Columbia to northern California, and east to Utah, Wyoming and Montana. Camassia produces pale to steel blue flowers in late spring on flower spikes up to almost 3 ft in height above wavy edged glaucous-green leaves.
