Flowers bloom in early June at Southern California and Vietnam. Opuntia were in full bloom at the  Fullerton Arboretum. If you are in the Los Angeles area, you should visit this lovely arboretum. Some "crown of thorn" flowers and the allamanda were taken from the backyard of my friend's house in Saigon.

The royal poinciana was taken at the "Hoan Kiem" lake in Hanoi, Vietnam. This flower is represent of the Summer flower in Vietnam.
