Non Nước pagoda, Sóc Sơn district, Hanoi. The "Non Nuoc" pagoda is a relative new pagoda in Soc Son commune, Hanoi. In 2003, thousands of people flocked to Non Nuoc pagoda in the first week of the Lunar New Year to behold the unveiling of a gigantic 30-tonne Buddha. Standing a whopping 6.5 meters tall, the colossal Buddha is heralded as the biggest statue ever forged from a single piece of bronze in of the whole southeast Asia.
