Banteay Srey, Angkor, Cambodia.

Banteay Srey (or Banteay Srei) (meaning Citadel of Women) is an Angkorian temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Banteay Srey is built in the 10th century, largely of a hard red sandstone that can be carved like wood. The buildings themselves are miniature in scale comparing to other Angkorian constructions. However, the temple is extremely popular with tourists, and have led to its being widely praised as a "precious gem", or the "jewel of Khmer art.
