Most plants in the USA are preparing to dormant before a long cold winter, therefore, no plants grown outside having flowers. Fortunately, during winter, we are in Vietnam, a tropical country. The flowers showing in November, December and February are tropical flower plants growing outside in Vietnam, especially southern Vietnam where the weather is always "tropical"!
